I really enjoyed the Fit-in-20 Challenge. In the beginning I didn't know if I could commit to daily workouts, but I've enjoyed Mari Anne's classes in the past so I gave it a try. The best part is that 20 minutes is a number I can do, and once I'm done, I'm more energetic for the rest of the day. It helped me achieve more muscle tone quickly and get in the habit of daily workouts. I also became more mindful of the importance of incorporating more cardio in my week. Sitting down to fill out the fitness log kept the importance of self care in the forefront of my mind. I would recommend the Fit-in-20 Challenge to anyone. I love Mari Anne's classes because you don't feel like you're being judged on your form. Mari Anne is always so helpful in showing you little steps to improve and get the most out of the pose and show you how to modify the poses based on your needs.Julie

The Fit-in-20 Challenge is a fun, new way to make exercise a regular part of daily life. In just 20 minutes, we worked a variety of muscle groups and worked up just enough sweat to feel like we were making a difference. I particularly liked having this opportunity available from my home (close the door, turn on the computer, GO!) and to have the spunky and motivating Mari Anne present with me. I love the encouragement. It truly feels like Mari Anne is your partner to help you every step of the way!Lori F
I really look forward to the time that I spend with my husband weekly attending yoga sculpt with Mari Anne. When I first started yoga a few years back I was unsure about whether I would like it or not. Yoga is like anything new that you try. You are never an expert right from the start. Each class I learn a little bit more about myself and my body. I attended classes for a year and then told my husband that he should try it because I knew he felt he was not very flexible. I finally talked him into attending a class and now he is hooked! I have decreased my back pain, increased muscle tone and flexibility and have found a great way to de-stress. Mari Anne is very good about mixing up the poses so each time we come we are challenged in new ways. Highly recommend!Kae M.
